Excellent Performance
1.High efficiency
It's around six times more efficient than traditional mixer with manual work, by shorting interval cycle between mixer and workers.
2. Movable quickly
Can be dragged by small truck or wheel loader to different sites in 20km/h.
3. Low labour charges
Five-people team is enough. One people for operating and maintaining, one people for aggregate loader, one people for filling the cement, two people for pipe discharging.
4. Extension-type
Extensile pump, this makes the machine being used with or without pump. And the maintaining will be much convenient.
5.Three different positions for diesel engine
In our design, the position of diesel engine is not fixed. It can be moved to following three positions:
A) Operation position, perpendicular to the machine. Make the operation of mixer, pump, diesel engine in one-arm. The most important is, keep diesel engine away from charging process. Cleaner leads to longer service life.
B) Loading position, parallel to the machine. Get the smallest width, better fit for 20ft container
C) Moving position, seating on the support, down to the hopper. More stable in trailed moving, reducing the hurt to equipment
by steep or rough road surface |
